What does Cut AI do? It transcribes your video takes and plans an edit — removing silences, retakes and filler — then exports the finished video to your library.
Where do my videos go? Nowhere — the video never leaves your phone. Only the audio track is sent to our server and to AI services (OpenAI for speech-to-text, Anthropic for edit planning) to produce the edit, and it is not stored by us. See the Privacy Policy.
The edit cut something I wanted. AI edits can be wrong. Keep your original takes and review every edit before sharing it.
How do I manage my subscription? In your App Store account settings.
How do I delete my data? In the app: Profile → Delete my data.
