I’m a client — how do I sign up? Clients don’t sign up themselves. Your coach creates your account; you sign in with the same phone number they used.
My coach approval is taking a while. New coach accounts are reviewed by hand. Email us if you’ve been waiting more than 48 hours.
How do I change my profile details? Clients: ask your coach. Coaches: open the Profile tab.
How do I delete my account? Email us with the phone number on the account and we’ll delete or anonymise your data within 30 days.
